Is the crib free?

Te crib is free, it is only necessary to reserve it in advance.

How much does parking cost?

The price is 5€ per night per vehicle

How much does spa cost?

The spa has a cost of 7 € per room, It’s a price per room, it is not charged per person.

What time can you enter the rooms?

The keys are delivered from 3:00 p.m, and the delivery of keys can be extended until 3:00 pm depending on the volume of departures that day.

What time can I live the room?

Check out is at 12:00.

Can I go out late at 12:00?

There is the possibility of leaving at 17:00 hours, depending on availability. There are packages that include it, if it does not cost an additional € 20. Please notify the hotel reception as late departure cannot be guaranteed. It is possible that in certain seasons it is not possible to leave later than 12:00.

Is there a mini club or children´s entertainment?

From the opening to the closing of the season there are scheduled activities and shows for children and adults. Depending on participation, the activities are expanded or cut, but there is always a time available for activities.

Are drinks included in the reservation?

No, drinks are not included in the prices.

Is the price with VAT included?

The prices shown are VAT included. The tourist tax that is settled at the reception at the rate of € 0.99 per adult over 16 years and per night is not included. (maximum charge 7 nights)

I have a dog; it is tiny and does not bother. Can i bring it?

Pets are not allowed.

Are children allowed in the spa?

Children are allowed in the spa area. They must always be accompanied by an adult and can only use the heated pool. The rest of the facilities cannot be accessed.

Are the children free?

Both children are free except from 07/16 to 09/01. In this period of dates the first child is free and the second child has a discount of -50% on the adult rate. From 13 years old children already count as adults.

Is the cancellation of the reservation free?

It is possible to cancel or modify the date of a reservation 3 days before arrival without any penalty. Does the establishment have connecting rooms? Do guests need to make a special request?

How can I book a room with a sea view?

You can book your room with sea views during the booking process; you can choose the Sea View room for a small supplement of € 15 / day.

How many beds are there in the rooms?

All rooms have 2 beds of 1.35 cm. They are separated and it is possible to put them together.

There is room service?

We do not have room service.

Do they have gluten-free foods?

Our kitchen is buffet style and you will always find foods suitable for celiacs. It is also possible to organize a programmed menu for the entire stay.

What is the restaurant hours?

The hours are as follows: BREAKFAST 8-10:30 FOOD 13-15 DINNER 19:30-22

Does the hotel have a private beach?

Our beach is a public cove. We take care of keeping it clean of bottles and possible plastics but the cleaning of it is in charge of the City Council.

Are there umbrellas on the beach?

We do not have umbrellas.

Are the hammocks on the beach?

Yes, we have hammocks and they are free for both the pool and the beach.

What is the cost of the hammock reservation?

It is a free service and the reservation of hammocks is prohibited. In the case of leaving it for more than 1 hour, even if your towel is occupying it, the hotel maintenance staff will leave it free for another client removing your towel.

Are beach towels offered?

We do not have rental of towels. They must bring theirs as it is also not possible to use the one in the rooms.

Are there hair dryers?

In the bathroom of the room you will find a hand dryer.

Is there a fridge in the room?

In all rooms there is a minibar fridge. It is always offered empty so that each client can deposit their own products. In the case of wanting to fill it with cafeteria items, an order is made for the waitress on duty to fill the fridge

Is the TOURIST TAX included?

No, the tourist tax is € 0.99 per adult per night.
